Interest/Database Update Form
Update your information or express interest in serving as a member of a Ministry Team or the Coordinating Council on-line form or print it.

The Session Minute Review Form is used once a year when your church's minutes are reviewed. This form is to help prepare you for that review as well as help new clerks know what is looked for in minutes. We hope this helps facilitate in your writing of minutes for your church. The Review dates are scheduled at the beginning of the year and all clerks are notified in advance. For further questions, contact Donna Wells at the presbytery office (ext. 123).
