Please be patient while our new website is under construction

The Presbytery of Greater Atlanta includes more than100 congregations and over 45,000 members spanning 20 counties including rural, urban, and suburban areas of Georgia.

Our site has been structured to meet the needs of the members and staff in our congregations. However, we also invite anyone who is interested in finding out more information about us, our Presbyterian churches, or our upcoming events to explore this web site.

The mission of the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta is to witness to the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to connect and empower congregations in their local and global ministries.

Strategic Review

The urgent economic, cultural and mission needs of our congregations have brought the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta to engage in a process of transformation in order to discover God's dynamic missional future.  Responding to that need, the Presbytery has authorized a strategic review of our ministry.  To read about this project click here or at any time go to the Strategic Review Project page on this web site by navigating to "Who We Are" in the menu above, then click on "Strategic Review Project."
